UK Postage: Prices listed are for UK deliveries only. For international shipping rates, please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Method: All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and include tracking. Large orders will need to be signed for by resident.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products are personally quality-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or unusable item, please contact me — a replacement may be available at my discretion. Returns are only accepted for unused items that are clearly faulty. Any signs of use will void eligibility for return or exchange.

Please note: I cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries or items not collected from the sorting office. If you're not in at the time of delivery, your parcel may be held at your local depot. It's your responsibility to follow up with the courier or Royal Mail using your tracking reference.
